- start to sanitize variable for set keyword, i.e. start to make access table-based; first function added: opt_to_string (also this is a start to centralize things instead of duplicating fractions)
- as a consequence of option handling cleanup, in addition to environment variables now option values are expanded, too
- include patch #581 to add reminder feature for possibly forgotten files to attach
- update syntax file, i.e. remove synonyms by update-config.pl
- use bc(1) in ./do-commit.sh to guess the revision number commits will lead to; I really hope this is the last time I need to deal with this ;-)
